Craig A. Hoffman

Craig is a serious personal injury litigator and handles a wide variety of injury cases throughout Illinois and throughout the United States.  He practices regularly in State and Federal Courts and is a member of the Federal Court Trial Bar.  He has tried numerous catastrophic personal injury cases to verdict in Cook County and has also tried several other serious personal injury cases to verdict in several other states including New York and Pennsylvania.

Craig is a very aggressive "old school" litigator and trial attorney with significant legal experience covering a wide variety of serious personal injury matters including medical malpractice cases, delayed diagnosis cases, cancer diagnosis cases, birth injury cases, nursing home cases, wrongful death cases, automobile accident cases, trucking accident cases, construction accident cases, aviation accident cases, bicycle accident cases, premises liability cases, electrocution cases, assault and battery cases, asbestosis and mesothelioma cases, worker's compensation cases, and basically any serious injury case.  Craig personally handles all of his cases from the inception of litigation through the completion of settlement and/or trial.  Craig has mediated and settled over 100 catastrophic personal injury cases throughout the country, including Illinois and over 20 other states.  In his career, Craig has handled and resolved over 500 serious personal injury cases, helping his clients achieve the best possible result.  Craig welcomes new business opportunities and all attorney referrals.

Additionally, Craig also has substantial experience in Appellate Practice, and has authored several appellate briefs and Petitions for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Illinois.  Craig began his career working for an aggressive plaintiff's litigation trial firm in Chicago in 2005, where he acquired substantial trial experience and was settling and trying cases a few weeks after passing the Illinois Bar.  Craig prides himself on never giving up in a case and seeing each case through to the finish.  Further, Craig is accessible to his clients at all times, treating each case like the biggest case in the office.  Craig handles his cases the right way - with meticulous preparation and hard work.  His experience and hard work has enabled him to obtain the most favorable settlements and verdicts for his clients.  When not in the office, Craig spends time with his wife and three children in Chicago.
