Craig A. Hoffman
Craig is an experienced personal injury litigator and handles a
wide variety of injury cases throughout Illinois and throughout the
United States. He practices regularly in State and Federal
Courts and is a member of the Federal Court Trial Bar. He has
tried numerous catastrophic personal injury cases to verdict in
Cook County and has also tried several other serious personal
injury cases to verdict in several other states including New York
and Pennsylvania.
Craig is a very aggressive "old school" litigator and trial
attorney with significant legal experience covering a wide variety
of serious personal injury matters including medical malpractice
cases, delayed diagnosis cases, cancer diagnosis cases, birth
injury cases, nursing home cases, wrongful death cases, automobile
accident cases, trucking accident cases, construction accident
cases, aviation accident cases, bicycle accident cases, premises
liability cases, electrocution cases, assault and battery cases,
asbestosis and mesothelioma cases, worker's compensation cases, and
basically any serious injury case. Craig personally handles
all of his cases from the inception of litigation through the
completion of settlement and/or trial. Craig has mediated and
settled over 100 catastrophic personal injury cases throughout the
country, including Illinois and over 20 other states. In his
career, Craig has handled and resolved over 500 major personal
injury cases, helping his clients achieve the best possible
result. Craig welcomes new business opportunities and all

Additionally, Craig also has substantial experience in Appellate
Practice, and has authored several appellate briefs and Petitions
for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Illinois. Craig
began his career working for an aggressive plaintiff's
litigation trial firm in Chicago in 2005, where he acquired
substantial trial experience and was settling and trying cases a
few weeks after passing the Illinois Bar. Craig prides
himself on never giving up in a case and seeing each case through
to the finish. Further, Craig is accessible to his clients at
all times, treating each case like the biggest case in the
office. Craig handles his cases the right way - with
meticulous preparation and hard work. His experience and hard
work has enabled him to obtain the most favorable settlements
and verdicts for his clients. When not in the office, Craig
spends time with his wife and three children in Chicago.
