Eric W. Boyer
Eric W. Boyer serves as Of Counsel to Ruberry Stalmack &
Garvey and is the Managing Partner of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood
& Boyer. Based in QPWB's Miami office, Eric focuses his
practice on general liability, insurance defense, premises
liability, medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, and
complex civil litigation.
Eric has extensive experience representing and counseling
self-insured clients, insurance carriers, and corporate clients in
high-exposure litigation, loss prevention, risk management, and
settlement strategy. He is frequently retained to negotiate and
facilitate settlements and is known for his practical judgment,
client-focused approach, and ability to manage complex litigation
efficiently and strategically.
Since becoming Managing Partner of QPWB in 2005, Eric has played
a central role in the firm's growth, national expansion, and
strategic development. Under his leadership, QPWB expanded to
approximately 600 attorneys practicing across 59 offices in the
United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with more than 35
practice areas. He also manages and coordinates large, complex
litigation accounts to ensure guideline compliance, quality
service, and consistent client communication.

All-Star Teambased on recommendations from Fortune 500 corporate
