Jennifer L. Levine
Jennifer Levine concentrates her practice in the area of
liability coverage analysis. Jennifer assists insurance companies
with a wide variety of complex insurance coverage matters,
including matters involving construction defects; advertising
injury; professional liability; environmental
matters, and mass toxic tort claims. She handles all
aspects of insurance claims, including claims handling, preparation
of opinion letters and litigation of declaratory judgment actions.
Prior to joining RSG as Of Counsel in 2011, Jennifer held the
position of Claims Attorney with several different insurance
carriers. Jennifer began her career as an insurance defense
attorney. She was responsible for all aspects of litigation.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School
of Law, where she was a Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law
Review. She also received a B.A. in Political Science from
the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of
Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. While studying at the University
of Illinois, Jennifer spent time in Washington D.C. as a
Congressional Intern, serving in the offices of Representative John
Porter and Senator Paul Simon.
Jennifer is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, the
United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois,
the State of Wisconsin, and the United States District Court for
the Western District of Wisconsin.
