Marvin D. Mohn
Marvin has extensive experience working on corporate and
regulatory matters. He was one of the founding shareholders
of Tawa plc, later serving as their general counsel. During
his time there, he worked on numerous transactions including the
acquisition of 7 tun-off insurers and 3 insurance services
companies as well as the formation and incubation of insurance
agents and brokers. He oversaw the initial public offering of
Tawa in 2007 on AIM, the London Stock Exchange's market for small
and medium size growth companies, as well as the subsequent
delisting in 2014.
While with Tawa and its successors, Marvin served in numerous
roles with the acquired companies including:
- Director and general counsel, CX Reinsurance Company Ltd.
- Director and CEO, Lincoln General Insurance Company
- Director and CEO, PXRE Reinsurance Company
- Director and CEO, Island Capital Limited
- Director and CEO, QX Reinsurance Company Limited
- Director, Asta Managing Agency (a managing agency at Lloyd's in
which Tawa held a 1/3 interest)
- Director and CEO, Tawa Associates Limited
- Director and CEO, ACHP plc (formerly known as Tawa plc and Pro
Global Insurance Solutions plc)
Marvin is presently the CEO of ProTucket Insurance Company in
Rhode Island, the group general counsel of the Pro Group, and a
director and general counsel of Pro Insurance Solutions Limited in
the UK. Marvin became Of
Counsel to RSG.
