Previously a Member at Baldwin | Seraina LLC, a boutique
litigation firm, Mr. Seraina managed diverse civil cases
encompassing commercial contracts, insurance coverage, construction
defects, and more. He demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of

Having served as an Associate, Principal, and member of the
management committee at Kramon & Graham PA, Mr. Seraina
